Epistemology

The term epistemology is the conjunction of two words.

  • Episteme = Knowledge
  • Logos = Word (Logic, Study, Language)
Common understanding is - "study of knowledge"


Foundational Questions:
  1. What is the basis of knowledge?
  2. How is it possible to know anything?
